Shipping dates
If you order one of our made-to-measure products or wish to have one of your products reworked, refurbished or extended via our online store, the product will always be dispatched to you within the specified completion time. The standard production time for our chastity belts is 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of the measurements and payment (plus shipping time). The express service is available for those who want it fast. Here the production time is only 5 working days.
For all other changes, refurbishments or repairs, the processing time is usually between 10 - 14 working days.
Important:
Please note that if the goods are ready for dispatch, you can also receive the goods at your place of residence within the specified period! It happens again and again that customers order their goods via our online store and then go on vacation. The parcel cannot then be delivered and is returned to us after a period of storage with the shipping service provider. Please note that we will not cover the costs for a new shipment! You will then be responsible for the new shipping costs.
If you are not at your destination within the planned delivery time, please let us know this information already during the online order process via the text box within the ordering process. This information will then be saved and your parcel will only be sent when you request it.
