Do customers who are living outside the European Union pay the tax?

If you order something as a customer in our online shop and your delivery country is outside the European Union you don’t have to pay any tax. This only works if your product is beeing send to you by post. For example: You are living in Switzerland and you order an article in our online shop and you check the button „collection by the customer“ you are receiving your article on german ground and that’s why you need to pay the tax. It’s important that if you order from a country outside the European Union the goods need to be send to you.
